Thank you for shopping with Irvella. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States.

International shipping may become available in the future.


Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless a free shipping promotion applies.

We may occasionally offer free shipping on qualifying orders.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping package
